Tracy Seed is a specialist in communication, personal, social and emotional development. She also works with music, movement and dance. She has worked with children and families since 1984. She set up her first nursery in 1985 and operated her own small group through the 1980’s and 90’s until she became a consultant and later the Managing Director of a high quality nursery chain.  She is a qualified teacher, an endorsed High/Scope Trainer. A leadership and management coach, trained mediator and NLP Master Practitioner. Since 2006 she has participated in numerous NVC trainings and she runs a regular practice.  NVC forms the foundation for all of her work and this is clearly evident in her style of delivery.

Beverly Hallett has worked with children and families in the public and private sector for over 30 years. She has a BA (Hons) in Early Child hood Education and is a High/Scope qualified trainer.  She has worked as a practitioner, centre and operations manager, trainer and consultant and Ofsted inspector. She also led the quality and training department of a highly successful private nursery group for many years. Joan Norris is an experienced teacher, NVQ assessor, verifier, trainer, and consultant and conference presenter. She has worked with national awarding bodies to accredit early year’s courses and quality assurance schemes. She chaired Lewisham’s Early Year’s Development Partnership for over 5 years and led a national charity concerned with policy and the educational of young children. She has over 30 years experience and has written many articles which have been published in various nursery and education publications.

Janet Wilson has worked with children and families since 1985. She is a consultant and coach with international experience in strategic and line management and facilitation. She has experience of working as a teacher, counsellor and coach in the United Arab Emirates and is a trained facilitator, NLP Master and ACCA Accredited Coach.

Linda Baston - Pitt was a nurse for several years before cofounding the Old School House Day Nursery, a 120 place day nursery and nursery school and TLC Training Centre. She has worked in the field of childcare and education for the last 17 years. She is committed to actively sharing good practice and learning from others to drive continuous improvement in all areas of education and children through local and national networking. From experience Linda has been able to develop in her role as a senior lecturer, trainer and speaker within the Early Years. She is currently a representative on the Cambridgeshire Early Years Partnership and is a trustee on the National Day Nurseries Association Board and regional chair and a Non Executive Director on the Training and Assessment Network Board (IIP UK). Valerie Gallimore has worked in the Early Years sector for over 30 years. She successfully developed and managed one of the leading day nurseries in Kingston Jamaica and also spent five years running training workshops for early year’s practitioners through the Ministry of Health’s Child Care Division. She has also been a part of the senior management team working within one of London’s most prestigious nursery groups and has delivered training on various topics to a wide range of participants. Valerie is also a certified Group Facilitator and holds an Advanced Certificate in Integrative Counselling. She now lives in Cornwall where she has more recently been working in a continuing professional development environment.

Alice Lewes has worked in and around Early years since completing her NNEB and Norland Diploma in 1978. In 1989 she founded 'Maternal Instincts', a company that was involved with many new mothers in helping and teaching them about the care and development of their babies. Since that time she has also been responsible for founding and running the Lucie Clayton College of Nursery Training, and the very successful training company, Crechendo Training. Since completing the ILM Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Coaching and Management, Alice's interests are now very much in developing and running leadership and management programmes for different local authorities. However, she retains her passionate interest in the quality care of babies and young children, which she believes can only be achieved through the effective leadership and management of settings. Penny Vine is an experienced teacher, counsellor, consultant and has published a number of books. She is regularly invited to speak at conferences across the UK. She has a number of years experience as an advisory teacher working cross-phase with children and families from birth to 19. She is a certified trainer with the Centre for Nonviolent Communication working internationally in the field of conflict resolution.
