NV Foundations for Managers of early years settings, after school clubs, schools or any organisation or service provider in any industry. it is a 2 day programme that is experiential and involves the participants developing proactive attitudes and styles of leadership synonymous with emotionally intelligence approaches to working with others.  It meets the requirements of CNVC foundation certification process.
