"If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning.” Mahatma Gandhi

These one day events will help participants to gain a deeper insight into themselves, their own personal development and the barriers that maybe holding them back from moving forward in their work and possibly, progressing in their career.

Communicate clearly and explain what you feel and what you want

Unlock your creative potential
During this event we use the arts to support participants to “show up” as unique and expressive individuals. The presupposition for this work shop is that we are all born with the potential to explore, play, imagine, dance, sing, paint, make music and express ourselves and some how one day we adopt beliefs like “I can’t sing, can’t dance, can’t draw etc”.

Discover what prevents you from expressing yourself creatively
Dance, sing, paint, create, make music and poetry, and rediscover your unique potential in these areas
Demonstrate a level of comfort in your own abilities
Feel more confident to engage in activities and to think and express your self creatively

Develop greater awareness of how the body talks and how our own internal dialogue influences our connection and relationship with ourselves and with others
Practise listening and building rapport and trust; tuning in; giving and receiving empathy; meeting others in their own world
