Parent Coaching
Coaching provides parents with the opportunity to work with a coach on a one-to-one basis either face-to-face or over the phone.
 
Parenting can be tricky today. People live hectic lives and are often plagued with feelings of inadequacy in their parental role.

Coaching encourages parents to reflect on their own parenting style, identify what works and what doesn't, and with a fresh new approach explores the barriers standing in the way of what they really want.
 
Coaching helps parents to be in charge of their lives and their destiny, even through the most difficult circumstances.
