"I feel lucky that I was able to part of the training and part of our group of practitioners. I feel that so many practitioners would benefit from this training. I do hope you will be able to deliver it again. I really feel and believe that the reason I got the position I am about to take is thanks to all the knowledge you have given us. I am who I am today thanks to the course. The Sociocracy session had such a positive effect on me, the time when I was asked about the EEL project gave me confidence and those little 'bits' of the course have had such an impact on my life and on how I am more able to deal with some situations I wouldn’t have been able to deal with a few months ago and I really want to thank you. I feel lucky that I was able to part of the training and part of our group of practitioners. I feel that so many practitioners would benefit from this training. I do hope you will be able to deliver it again.” Early Years Centre Manager, RBKC

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is the study of what works in thinking, language, and behaviour. It is a way of coding and reproducing excellence that enables you to consistently achieve the results that you want both for yourself and your team. It is a process of modelling the conscious and unconscious patterns that are unique to each of us in such a way that we are continuously moving toward a higher potential.
Neuro by increasing our awareness of the patterns in our thinking, we can learn how these thought patterns influence the results we are getting.
Linguistic by listening to what we say, we can understand more about what and how we think. Learning to understand language and the impact of our words on others is often key to changing team dynamics.
Programming by exploring the habits we have, the beliefs we hold and our strategies, we are able to explore alternatives and thereby give ourselves choices.

We need to include colleagues, parents and management in this work as well.” In this area NVC can be of great support.
